In a violent way, we have been altering and disrupting our habits and living conditions. Our biological clock now denatured has adapted to our daily activity, not already delimited the clock from sunlight, but set in a golden artificial which combines light neon, fluorescent, and "led". The change of our conditions of functionality aimed to a system alternating and random forces to reshape and to reprogram our body of way incessant. We can certainly do useful heavy hours more per day and this results in higher productivity in our work. But same way our entertainment is no longer confined exclusively to daylight hours, we are so nocturnal sleepwalking, we have disrupted sleep and the lack of a full and regular break causes an accumulation of stress and added difficulty in the reconciliation of the dream. Finally we turned to the dependence of the medical prescription for sleep continuously."Mega-cities are a cluster of activity, a hive of proposals of nightlife, which has resulted in the creation of new approaches to work.
