米拉麥克斯影業(yè)公司
公司的市場運作成功，旗下的電影在每年大小電影節(jié)上也屢有斬獲。在與米拉麥克斯12年的合作中，15次獲得最佳電影提名，而《》、《英國病人》和《》更是成功折桂。在取得巨額票房利益的同時，公司還捧紅了諸如索德伯格、昆汀塔倫帝諾等一批新銳導(dǎo)演。
發(fā)展受挫
2005年10月，Bob Weinstein與Harvey Weinstein兄弟離開了Miramax，自立了新公司。
米拉麥克斯的高層紛紛改投其他大電影公司，他們將給好萊塢帶來米拉麥克斯特有的團(tuán)隊精神和創(chuàng)造力，同時也面臨著新的公司文化的沖擊與挑戰(zhàn)。

出售事件
2010年12月6日，米拉麥克斯（Miramax）電影公司收購案塵埃落定，以6.63億美元的價格將其出售給團(tuán)體Filmyard Holdings LLC，后者也將獲得米拉麥克斯約700部影片的片庫。前新聞集團(tuán)商業(yè)拓展部主管邁克-朗（Mike Lang）將入主米拉麥克斯，成為新一任。
