阮盧克 Luke Nguyen

70年代，全家離開西貢。1978年，Luke Nguyen出生在泰國的一間難民營。后來，全家移居澳大利亞。父母在費爾菲爾德的Cabramatta開了一家名叫雨傘米粉（Pho Umbrella）的越南菜餐廳。5歲時父親教他烹飪。長大后，在姐姐的幫助下，Luke Nguyen開設(shè)個人餐廳。23歲時便擁有名聞全城的餐廳“紅燈籠”（ ?èn l?ng ?? ）。2007年后陸續(xù)出版美食書籍《紅燈籠的秘密》（Secrets of the Red Lantern），《沙巴之歌》（The song of Sapa），《越南美食》（The food of Vietnam），《我的湄公河》（Luke Nguyen’s greater MeKong），《亞洲街頭風味小吃》（Street Food Asia）. 主持電視節(jié)目 Luke Nguyen‘s Vietnam Luke Nguyen's Greater Mekong Luke Nguyen's France Luke Nguyen's U.K 獲獎榮譽 Restaurant and Catering Ethnic Business Award 2008
