          學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介揚(yáng)州中學(xué)教育集團(tuán)樹(shù)人學(xué)校揚(yáng)州中學(xué)教育集團(tuán)樹(shù)人學(xué)校成立于1999年6月,經(jīng)過(guò)十四年快速、健康的發(fā)展,已形成“一校兩區(qū)三部”的格局,即九龍湖、南門街兩個(gè)校區(qū),初中部、高中部、國(guó)際部三部。同時(shí),接受委托管理?yè)P(yáng)州市經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)。現(xiàn)有107個(gè)教學(xué)班,在校學(xué)生5100多人,教職員工351人。自創(chuàng)辦以來(lái),一直秉持“科學(xué)與人文相融,全面與特色并重”的育人理念與育人模式,堅(jiān)持“樹(shù)人為本,服務(wù)社會(huì)”的辦學(xué)宗旨,逐步形成了“立德樹(shù)人,自強(qiáng)不息”的校風(fēng)、“教書(shū)育人,精益求精”的教風(fēng)和“快樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí),健全成長(zhǎng)”的學(xué)風(fēng)。在教育教學(xué)中,學(xué)校積極推行“差異·合作”教學(xué)模式,聚焦高效教學(xué),緊盯課堂主陣地,堅(jiān)持向課堂要質(zhì)量,向?qū)W生自主學(xué)習(xí)、自主發(fā)展要質(zhì)量。同時(shí),以《樹(shù)人印跡》為抓手,強(qiáng)化“三自教育”,打造“三大學(xué)習(xí)共同體” ,培育“三大特色”,努力培養(yǎng)“國(guó)際視野、中國(guó)靈魂、揚(yáng)州特質(zhì)”的優(yōu)秀學(xué)生。“三自教育”是:自主生活、自主學(xué)習(xí)、自主規(guī)劃人生?!叭髮W(xué)習(xí)共同體”包括:以小組合作學(xué)習(xí)為主體的課內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)共同體,以少科院為 陣地的課外學(xué)習(xí)共同體,以團(tuán)隊(duì)一體化為載體的校內(nèi)外學(xué)習(xí)共同體?!叭筇厣笔牵河⑽慕?jīng)典誦讀、樹(shù)人少科院、差異合作學(xué)習(xí)模式。經(jīng)過(guò)近幾年打磨,學(xué)校已構(gòu)建了包括初、高中各門學(xué)科在內(nèi)的58門校本課程,使得全校的每一個(gè)學(xué)生至少有一門自己喜愛(ài)的選修課程。[1]研究成果揚(yáng)州中學(xué)教育集團(tuán)樹(shù)人學(xué)校2009年,學(xué)校成立的樹(shù)人少科院,聘請(qǐng)了揚(yáng)州籍兩院院士何祚庥、程順和等擔(dān)任名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng),聘請(qǐng)揚(yáng)州著名企業(yè)家程曉曦等擔(dān)任名譽(yù)教授,采取“學(xué)校建總院、年級(jí)建分院、班級(jí)建研究所”的三級(jí)管理模式,全校共建有5個(gè)分院,50個(gè)分所。這種富有創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的英才培養(yǎng)共同體,已經(jīng)碩果累累:受到揚(yáng)州市市政府謝正義市長(zhǎng)表?yè)P(yáng)的張辛梓同學(xué)就是其中的一個(gè)典型代表,就讀于初三的李沐同學(xué),已先后獲得省級(jí)和國(guó)家級(jí)發(fā)明專利20多項(xiàng),其中7項(xiàng)專利已經(jīng)投入生產(chǎn),并作為江蘇省唯一的初中生代表應(yīng)邀參加全國(guó)少代會(huì),受到胡錦濤總書(shū)記和政治局常委李克強(qiáng)的接見(jiàn)。2010年11月,樹(shù)人少科院被評(píng)為“江蘇省優(yōu)秀少科院”;同年,該校應(yīng)邀參加中國(guó)少科院年會(huì)暨課題研究交流活動(dòng),有6件作品獲得一等獎(jiǎng),7件作品獲得二等獎(jiǎng),2件作品獲得三等獎(jiǎng),創(chuàng)所有參賽學(xué)校獲獎(jiǎng)層次和獲獎(jiǎng)數(shù)量之最,學(xué)校成為“中國(guó)少科院科普示范教育基地”。辦學(xué)條件風(fēng)格理念百年揚(yáng)中,一脈樹(shù)人。歷經(jīng)十年的建設(shè),年輕的樹(shù)人已經(jīng)形成了具有樹(shù)人特色的辦學(xué)風(fēng)格,確定了“樹(shù)人為本,服務(wù)社會(huì)”的辦學(xué)宗旨,學(xué)校將堅(jiān)持“主動(dòng)、和諧、人文、高效、特色”的發(fā)展理念,朝著“揚(yáng)州著名、江蘇一流、全國(guó)有影響”的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)。學(xué)校一直堅(jiān)持“科學(xué)精神與人文素養(yǎng)”相結(jié)合的理念,堅(jiān)持“全面+特色”的育人模式。在教育教學(xué)中,學(xué)校積極推行校本化的小組合作學(xué)習(xí),聚焦高效教學(xué),緊盯課堂主陣地,堅(jiān)持向課堂要質(zhì)量,向?qū)W生自主學(xué)習(xí)要質(zhì)量,向?qū)W生自主發(fā)展要質(zhì)量。辦學(xué)充分發(fā)揚(yáng)揚(yáng)中的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),銳意進(jìn)取,開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新,逐步建成具有一流校園,一流設(shè)施,一流師資,一流管理和一流質(zhì)量的新型民辦學(xué)校。辦學(xué)模式辦學(xué)以來(lái),充分運(yùn)用揚(yáng)州中學(xué)底蘊(yùn)深厚的教育資源,逐步形成一支學(xué)養(yǎng)深厚、敬業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)的骨干教師隊(duì)伍。實(shí)行開(kāi)放式辦學(xué),聘請(qǐng)社會(huì)各界名師和外籍教師講學(xué),組織師生參與國(guó)際教育交流活動(dòng)。實(shí)行小班制授課,每班約50名學(xué)生。教育教學(xué)強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)素質(zhì)教育,注重創(chuàng)新意識(shí)培養(yǎng)和學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展,強(qiáng)化拔尖人才的培養(yǎng)。為了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)需要,學(xué)校加強(qiáng)了英語(yǔ)、計(jì)算機(jī)和藝術(shù)教育。學(xué)校設(shè)立高額樹(shù)人獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)優(yōu)秀師生。成立了“家長(zhǎng)委員會(huì)”,參與學(xué)校管理。實(shí)行目標(biāo)管理,定期舉行辦學(xué)成果展示活動(dòng)等,形成了鮮明的辦學(xué)特色。由于高舉了教育現(xiàn)代化旗幟,培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)明確,以提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量為中心,全面貫徹黨的方針,面向全體學(xué)生,加強(qiáng)了制度建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、課程建設(shè),教育教學(xué)成果斐然。各學(xué)科競(jìng)賽、市區(qū)會(huì)考、歷屆中考在市區(qū)學(xué)校中均取得最佳成績(jī),得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、社會(huì)和廣大家長(zhǎng)的普遍好評(píng)。辦學(xué)規(guī)模揚(yáng)州中學(xué)教育集團(tuán)樹(shù)人學(xué)校學(xué)?,F(xiàn)有南門街、瘦西湖(高中)、九龍湖三個(gè)校區(qū),初、高中共88個(gè)班級(jí),學(xué)生近4000名。初中部已有8屆畢業(yè)生共計(jì)3893人,高中部已有兩屆畢業(yè)生共計(jì)284人。學(xué)校占地面積30355平方米,校舍建筑面積21496平方米。學(xué)校擁有一支愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)、學(xué)養(yǎng)深厚、教導(dǎo)有方、安于久任、樂(lè)于奉獻(xiàn)的教師隊(duì)伍。全校教職工311人,專任教師275人,其中中學(xué)高級(jí)教師56人,占20.4%;中學(xué)一級(jí)教師112人,占40.7%。省特級(jí)教師3人,市特級(jí)教師2人,學(xué)科帶頭人15人,中青年教學(xué)骨干24人,教學(xué)能手35人。從1999年創(chuàng)辦以來(lái),學(xué)校已逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了外延發(fā)展與內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào),達(dá)到了素質(zhì)教育與升學(xué)教育的統(tǒng)一,取得了社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的雙贏。幾年來(lái),學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)步提高,每年中考總均分、被揚(yáng)州中學(xué)錄取的學(xué)生比例、達(dá)四星級(jí)高中錄取線的學(xué)生比例均居揚(yáng)州市市直第一。尤其是2009年中考,學(xué)校正取揚(yáng)州中學(xué)達(dá)162人,占揚(yáng)州中學(xué)正取生總數(shù)的56%,89%的學(xué)生達(dá)四星級(jí)高中錄取線,市直前50名學(xué)校占了47名,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)在市直均遙遙領(lǐng)先,成為揚(yáng)州初中教育“優(yōu)質(zhì)輕負(fù)”的典范。兩屆高考分別以70℅、75℅的本二達(dá)線率,創(chuàng)造了高中教育“一般生源、一流升學(xué)”的輝煌成績(jī)。此外,學(xué)校被國(guó)外名校錄取的學(xué)生人數(shù)也連年攀升。2009年學(xué)校成立了國(guó)際部,進(jìn)一步加快了國(guó)際化進(jìn)程。文化傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校校徽標(biāo)識(shí)主體由篆書(shū)“樹(shù)人”兩字抽象而成,左部為“鼎”,右部為“人”,呈現(xiàn)鼎和人的形象。關(guān)于鼎?;眨?)鼎自古是權(quán)威的形象,彰顯顯赫、尊貴、盛大。以鼎為形昭示樹(shù)人學(xué)校高峻的辦學(xué)立意,永爭(zhēng)一流的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)。培養(yǎng)一批批為國(guó)爭(zhēng)光的杰出人才,打造一支學(xué)養(yǎng)深厚的學(xué)科權(quán)威之師,創(chuàng)立一個(gè)國(guó)際接軌的權(quán)威教育品牌。(2)今天的鼎預(yù)示著吉祥,寄意著創(chuàng)新,此處取“革故鼎新”之意。象征學(xué)校弘揚(yáng)百年揚(yáng)中優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),汲取現(xiàn)代教育的精華,繼承優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)與開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新之并舉,昭示著學(xué)校在發(fā)展中創(chuàng)新、在創(chuàng)新中發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校的高位發(fā)展。(3)鼎亦是沉穩(wěn)、誠(chéng)信的象征。此取“一言九鼎”之新意。預(yù)示學(xué)校誠(chéng)信辦學(xué),取信于民,立信于生,詮釋了“正直向上,熱于求知”校風(fēng)之真諦。[2]關(guān)于“人”(1)出自《管子 權(quán)修》之“十年樹(shù)木,百年樹(shù)人”。人是學(xué)校辦學(xué)的主體與核心,人既是指學(xué)生、教師,又指社會(huì)大眾,既是受教育者,又是社會(huì)的教育力量,以人作為標(biāo)識(shí)之核心,這集中體現(xiàn)了樹(shù)人學(xué)校以人為本,尊重生命,改造生命,喚醒靈魂的辦學(xué)意義。(2)標(biāo)識(shí)中的人是運(yùn)動(dòng)中的人,展示了學(xué)校學(xué)子的青春與活力,寓示學(xué)校注重學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。以人 Jiangsu Province, Yangzhou Middle School has long been well-known throughout the world for its long history, brilliant educational conception and approach, highly qualified teaching staff consisting
