與四川清風(fēng)藤的區(qū)別在于葉狹橢圓形或線狀披針形，長3-8厘米，寬0.8-1.5 (2) 厘米；聚傘花序有花6-20朵；萼片、花瓣、花絲及花盤中部均有紅色腺點。
產(chǎn)湖北西部、四川東部。生于海拔600-1300米的林中。模式標(biāo)本采自湖北興山。
多花清風(fēng)藤與四川清風(fēng)藤有較明顯的區(qū)別，而且地理分布不同，故以提升亞種為恰當(dāng)。

兩色清風(fēng)藤與多花清風(fēng)藤相似，但前者花序僅具花2朵，花盤的紅色腺點在肋狀凸起的頂端，葉背面灰白色，有時被毛。
產(chǎn)云南中部、四川南部、貴州西部。生于海拔900-2600米的山谷、山坡、溪旁。模式標(biāo)本采自云南澄江縣老虎山。
