計算機視覺中的論文常見單詞總結(jié)
前言 本文對計算機視覺論文中常出現(xiàn)的單詞進(jìn)行了匯總，對于不具備直接閱讀英文文獻(xiàn)的讀者，可以考慮把這些單詞給背了。
之前的文章《計算機視覺中的高效閱讀論文的方法總結(jié)》中提到了如何掌握閱讀英文文獻(xiàn)的能力，我就是按照這個方法來做的，下面是我在執(zhí)行過程中記錄的單詞。
差不多在背完這些單詞后，我基本就沒再用過翻譯軟件了，雖然看論文的過程中，仍然存在一些不認(rèn)識的單詞，但基本不影響閱讀和理解。
這所有的單詞都來源于我看過的論文，為了方便大家記憶，在本文編輯的時候我稍微把一部分相近的單詞放到了一起。
throughput 通量 granularities 粒度

coarse annotations 粗略的標(biāo)注

Co-occurrence 同時出現(xiàn)的情況，并發(fā)
subtle 微妙的，細(xì)微，精妙，巧妙
formulation of the problem 問題的表述（formulation 擬訂，制訂）
specifies 指定 segment 分段，部分
hierarchical 分層，層次化 deployment 部署，調(diào)配
square root 平方根 drifting 漂移
dedicated 專門
blob-type 塊狀（例如motion vector就是基于區(qū)域塊的）
blur 模糊的 homography 同域性
homogeneous 同質(zhì)化，均勻的
monotonically 單調(diào)地 impact 影響
overlap 重疊 as in 如同，正如......一樣
implication 含義，寓意
tractable 馴服 ( keep the complexity of networks tractable 指的是模型的復(fù)雜度可以接受 )
aggregate (aggregating) 匯合，聚集 （exaggerated 夸張）
sophisticated 成熟的，老練的（指的是已經(jīng)應(yīng)用非常成熟的意思）
consistent with 符合，與...一致（consistent 始終如一的）
in accordance with 與。。。一致
stereo 立體聲、體感 illumination 光照 、燈光
textured 紋理 preserve 保留，保存
eigenvalue 特征值 tilting 傾斜
zooming 變焦，放大，拉近
corrupt 破壞（指的是某些因素會影響模型效果）
empirically 經(jīng)驗上 polynomial 多項式
embeds 嵌入 interpolation 插值
saliency 突出性（指的是很稀疏，所以突出）
at most 最多，頂多 surveillance 監(jiān)控，檢測
atypical 非典型的 affine 仿射
impose 施加（在函數(shù)上施加約束），強制
intuitive 直觀的
untrimmed 不修邊幅的（指輸入的是原始數(shù)據(jù)，沒經(jīng)過任何處理）
shot shift 鏡頭轉(zhuǎn)換 mimics 模仿
cumbersome 笨重，繁瑣
trivial 瑣碎的事情（not trivial 不容易的事）
notations 符號，注釋， hamper 阻礙
obligatory 強制性的 ingredient 成分，原料
quantization 量化 covariance 協(xié)方差
distillation 蒸餾 macro 宏觀
circumvent 規(guī)避，逃避 evident degradation 明顯退化
chunking 分塊 hypothesis 假設(shè)，假說

outliers 離群值（指特別不合理的數(shù)據(jù)）
correspondence 通信 ameliorate 改良，優(yōu)化
construct 構(gòu)建 derivation 衍生，引伸
formally 正式地 denote 標(biāo)記，記作
cyan 青色的 still 靜止的，still image 靜態(tài)圖像
devise 設(shè)計 deviation 偏差

advance 推進(jìn)，推動（指的是某一項技術(shù)的發(fā)展推動了另一個的發(fā)展）
cortex 皮層（visual cortex人的視覺皮層）
generalise 普遍化，泛化 complementary 補充性
lag 滯后 but rather 不過
use activation of 啟用 passed into 傳入
clip 片段（指的是video片段），夾子(consecutive clip 連續(xù)片段)
contrast normalization 對比歸一化
just right 恰好，正好 hashtag 主題標(biāo)簽
in a combined fashion 渾然一體，渾然天成
retrival 再造，再生產(chǎn) landscape 景觀，景區(qū)，山水
compact 緊湊的（用于形容模型更小，性能更高）
two order of magnitude 兩個數(shù)量級（two order 兩階，magnitude 幅度，數(shù)量級，規(guī)模）
tackle 處理，應(yīng)對 spatio-temporal 時空（spatio 空間，間隔間距；temporal: 時空，暫時，時間性）
ubiquitous 無處不在 utility 功用，效用
emplace 置入，安置 optical flow 光流
receptive 樂于接受的，容易理解的
restoration 復(fù)原，image restoration圖像修復(fù)
hybrid 混合的，雜交的 chart 記錄，跟蹤
tension 對立，矛盾，緊張 draw on 利用，憑借
novel 新穎的，與眾不同的 layout 布局
reinterpretation 重新解釋
post hoc “后此，所以因此”（post hoc,ergo propter hoc）的縮寫。它是從du拉丁文翻譯而來的，整個短語的意思是：“在此之后，因而必然由此造成。”
asymptotically 漸近地 incrementally 漸進(jìn)地，逐步地
patch-wise 介于像素級別和圖像級別的區(qū)域，也就是塊，每個patch都是由好多個pixel組成的
odometry 測量學(xué) vegetation 植被
benchmark suite 基準(zhǔn)套件
polygons 多邊形 convex 凸面，凸形
tagged 標(biāo)記的，標(biāo)簽
stereoscopic 立體，立體化，立體感
panoramic 全景，全景圖 Panoptic 全景圖
parse 解析，剖析 Euclidean 歐幾里得
submission 提交，投稿 at a time 每次
refactor 重構(gòu)
negative log likelihood 負(fù)的對數(shù)似然函數(shù)
attributes 屬性，特性，特征 lowercase 小寫的
wrap 封裝（把某一部分封裝成一個函數(shù)：warp sth in a functioin）
iterate 迭代 identify 識別，確認(rèn)
correlation 相關(guān)性，關(guān)聯(lián) boilerplate 模板，底板
frog 青蛙（在分類項目中會出現(xiàn)）
deer 鹿 （在分類項目中會出現(xiàn)）
minor 次要的，略微的，輔修（eg. minor modification）
projector 投影儀 trajectory 軌跡
steer radian 轉(zhuǎn)向角 sheer 純粹的
displacement 位移
